Miniprep

A miniprep was done in order to do the sequencing.

The following were minipreped : BB1, BB3, BB5, BB6, LT2, LT5, LT6, LT12, RO2#4, RO2#5, RO2#8, RO2#10, RO1#1, RO1#2, RO1#3, LR2, LR5, LR7.
