II) Transformation continued... (with DH5a and NEB10b), using the TSS protocol

diluted the DNA 1:10

III) MAJOR CLEANING Today...

An entire fridge cleaned, wierd stuff like dried blood and icky cultures removed by hand.

Unwanted glassware, stuff from the stone age, old plates, goes to the DUSTBIN...

Filled tips, made LA, LB, autoclaved plates, TSS, etc.

PHEW....

somebody give a bed to lie on
