- Add glucose to solution 1 in Birnboin and Dolly.
- ReSuspend plasmid in DI water instead of TE
- Increase Lysozyme from 25mg/ml to 100mg/ml
- Decrease incubation time with solution 2
- Make fresh Phenol-Chloroform.
- Go back to Chen and Liu, adn Kado and Olsen protocols.
