Making Fluorescent Transfer Curve for the Practice of Lab Work (Day 1)

medium:liquid culture medium antibiotic:Amp


We took this medium to centrifuging tube 50 mL and added antibiotic(Cm) 50 μL.

Then we transferred the medium to test tube 2 mL and added glycerol stock(BW25113, ΔTdk,pCIA3-LuxR,pLux-GFP) and then started shake culture at 37 degrees Celsius. (21:40-)
