Check of Sender's AHL generation (1)

08:00 main culture

  • divided injection 12.5ml of the culture to 10 50ml centrifuging tubes
  • WASH 3 times
  • Add 12.5ml new culture
  • Centrifuge the 1st tube 3000rpm 5min 20℃ and pick the upernatant
  • Do same operation every 15min to 2nd~10th tubes
  • after all, mix the supernatant and solid media at 1:1
  • make 10 concentration varieties of solid media
