Results of transformation

• Today we noticed that just two transformations performed yesterday were succesfull:

- BBa_K131009

- BBa_K091109

• So, we performed plasmid extraction according to Protocol 2. We ran an agarose gel to comprove extraction.

Recovering Biobricks: the relutant one

• Today we resuspended BBa_J63002 again, but this time from the plate.

• We transformed the biobrick into E. coli DH10B competent cells and plated on Kan and Amp plates, to find out in which plate it will work.
