Testing of BioBricks from 2009 distribution and pVDL9 plasmid

- Isolation of plasmid DNA from 3ml of overnight bacterial cultures with Plasmid Mini kit (A&A Biotechnology)
- Restriction digest of minipreps with EcoRI and PstI (ca. 200ng of DNA, 0.3ul (3U) of each enzyme, 2ul of Orange buffer, H2O to final volume of 20ul) for 2h.
- Electrophoresis of digests in 1% agarose gel
