Gel Loading Protocol

Make on Parafilm:

DNA Samples:

  • 1 μL DNA
  • 1 μL Dye
  • 4 μL TAE Buffer

Ladder:

  • 1 μL Ladder
  • 1 μL Dye
  • 4 μL TAE Bufer

Load all 6 μL (small well) or 12μL (same proportions)(big well)
