Determination of linear range OD culture measurement.

Start culture was diluted 1 2 4 8 16 32 64 128 parts to final volume 200 µl on 96-well plate with BG-11 growth media, triplicates and blank (BG-11) used.

With lid the corrected (against background) linear range was OD 0,334 - 0,042, with out lid OD 0,430 - 0,060.

Note: the true linear range is larger but the values above are using the existing dilutions as end points.
