Sending constructs to the Parts registry

Sent all ready constructs; basic parts and constructs without promoter. The exception being the PirAB construct which we earlier decided to abandon due to problems and time pressure.


Plasmid prep

The ePRPRYT and ePRKRYT constructs with pLac were preped today.
