Transformation evaluation

Crappy transformations for some reason, only three colonies for the pUC19 control. Good transformation for the PRYT construct.

Re transformation of R-KRYT, pPetE-RPRA, PRYT and PpetE.

  1. 3 wins hands down, but hard to tell if the real cause is batch variance.... Result still a far cry from the 80+ colonies recorded in the initial trial, degraded plasmid?
