Picking colonies

Colonies were picked from the plates with the transformations from yesterday. The only transformations that had colonies were, RPRAT, PRPRYT and PRPRAT.

Colony PCR

The picked colonies were evaluated on a gel with a bad result only RPRAT seemed to have worked,


Re-Transformation

PRKRYT, PRPRAT, PRPRYT and RPRYT were transformed again.
