Evaluated the transformation made during the week again, trying to isolate our problems. No luck.

New digestions were made for our pending transformations evaluated the digestions on a gel, this looked good execpt for PRPAR and PRPRAT so these were re-digested. All were transformed but we forgot to heat-shock so the transformation efficiency might not be so good. :-(
