Glycerol Stock for Z. Mobilis

The test protocol works really fine as prelimary test results show. Thus I made final gylcerol stocks for Z. Mobilis.

Buffers for transformation

We prepared the buffers (TE and SOB) needed for the transformation.

PCR, Kivd, ADH2 and PpetE

We started a PCR reaction to extract the Kivd gene from Lactoctococcus Lactis sp.Lactis, ADH2 from Saccharomyces cerevisiae and the promoter PpetE from Synechocystis.
