Evaluation of transformation
Yesterdays transformations of PRKRYT, PRPRAT and PRPRYT was evaluated and we had correctly sized inserts for all transformations.
These were also inoculated, (PRKRYT 1 & 2, PRPRAT 2 & 3 and PRPRYT 3.
