- Digest promoters 101, 105, 106, 107 along with pSB1C3, J06702
- Run a gel on the digests
- Everything fit on the gel except for 106 and 107

Wetlab
Kevin and Adam
- I don't think that the no growth constructs were not successful. The last ligation reaction cleaned out the PCR product for D1-9. Will perform another PCR reaction today so the ligation can be done again.
- Purified PCR product did not show up on gel. I will redo reaction tomorrow. Bussingkm 22:26, 12 August 2009 (UTC)
