  • Back bone pSB3K3 is a bad part. Cultivate backbone pSB4C5 from glycerol stock.


Craig and Clay

  • A second attempt at electrotransformation of parts BBa_I742111, BBa_K118024, and BBa_K118025 will be performed today. These electrotransformed parts will be plated on ampicillin plates.
  • If the above is unsuccessful, the parts will be re-plated on the ampicillin plates and on non-selective plates.
