  • 10µ of NEB10β seed stock was placed in 3 test tubes with 5mL of LB
    • Two tubes are for the electrocompetency protocol, the third tube is for cryogenic stock
  • 10µ of J23113, J23116, R0011 were placed in test tubes with 5mL of LB+Amp
