- All cultivations from yesterday grew well.
Tasks
- Mini-prep and stored the plasmids BBa_J23101, BBa_J23119, BBa_E0840, and pSB3K3. The volume and concentration of the DNA collected will be found before ligation is done to ensure accuracy.
