Ex 14: Ran gel of Miniprep DNA – no digestion
Gel was very thin for some reason. Probably wrong amount of TAE
We have something: 1) GFP1 2) GFP2 3) Trip1 4) Trip2 5) 1k Ladder 6) SDMT1 7) SDMT2

Ex 13: Redigestion of Choline, Pro U, and YhfR with different EcoRI (problems reported with Brian’s Enzyme and we just received our own)
Plate Results: Platting of final transformed cells after cloning show no colonies on (F, C, and Y) . Pro U (upper right) shows one red colony. Either our digestion or ligation did not work.
