Ex 5: Made competent cells from E.Coli Strain DH10b that have been double transformed (Tranformation #1) by with MBI
Used double transformation competent cells (NudF and MevT) (Amp and Cm resistance) in additional transformation of MBI (Tet resistance) in both cells mentioned above that had not been frozen and cells that had been frozen for approximately 1 hour. Additionally we have stocked new competent cells in the freezer for testing of optimal usage times.
