Assay from previous day revealed little growth

SFLB and minimal media assay with 0M 0.4M and 0.6M concentrations of salt. Some not induced and some induced with dmg, arabinose, or both. See hard notebook for layout of plate. Strains were dh10b, gssdmt and gsmt, gssdmt, and gsmt.
