We have designed four NEW functionalised linker-extension standard vectors. All together, 106 parts were generated all cloned into our NEW functionalised linker-extension standard vectors and forty-one were single coding, thirteen intermediates and forty-eight composite parts.
Four NEW linker-extension standard vectors are constructed.
The coding sequences
The forty-one BioBrick coding sequences are prepared and are listed as (i) coiled-coil-forming segments, (ii) oligimerisation domains, (iii) functional domains and others.
The intermediate sequences
Thirteen BioBricks with intermediate parts are constructed.
The forty-eight BioBricks as composites are prepared, which are used in (i) polypeptide manufacturing, (ii) polypeptide membranes, (iii) coiled-coil polyhedra, (iv) regulated assembly and (v) functional biopolymers.
