- Retreived autoclaved epi tubes.

- Transform and spread plate K235009, 13, 14, 16 and 17.

- Incubation started at 2.45 - 5.30; an extra 45 minutes...


Fri:

- Broth culture


Sat:

- Put broth culture in fridge.


Mon:

- Miniprep parts

- Gel

- Cryopreserve
