Today was spent getting the correct programs on to the computers we will be using. The programs needed are MATLAB, the NetCDF toolbox for MATLAB, SynBioSS and the GUI for MATLAB. The MATLAB GUI is a program that allows easy entering of reaction networks, without dealing with large text files in Linux.
