Since the GFP represented by the models (molecules per cell) are different than the GFP units used in experiment (measured by fluorescence), the models need to eventually be compared with a "basal" value which is just the GFP expression in a cell without repressors.
smad_ttn_basal - Here I just turned the synthesis of tetR2 (reaction 44) to 0, so that no tetR2 would be produced. The results are expected tomorrow.
