Team:Chiba/Project/Las Communication Check

昨年のプロジェクトでは、LasRの稼動が確認できなかった。 Last year, our team tried to use some circuit containing LasR with LVA tag(BBa_C0079). However we could not find out the activation of the parts.

iGEMのページを見ても、使ったパーツが動いたとの記述が見当たらない。 In addition, we also have not found the report that the parts(BBa_C0079) had surely operated.

本当に動くのかを確認する。 So we will check the activity of LasR this year.

・LVAタグの存在・Existence of LVA tag

タグが付いていることによって酵素活性が阻害されている可能性がある。 Existence of LVA might inhibit the activity of the protein.

タンパク質の高次構造の形成を物理的に阻害しているかもしれない。

機能を弱める（抑制？分解？）働きを持ったタグなので、そのせいで活性が下がっていて稼動していないように見えるのかもしれない。
