Growth of transformants:
- HtmA: 100-200 colonies (non-concentrated) and 300-500 colonies (concentrated)
- pUC19: 2-7colonies (non-concentrated) and 5-20 colonies (concentrated)
- MQ (neg. controle): none
A few colonies will be picked from both transformants and grown during the weekend @ 17dg, also the gvp, RBS and Term will be grown again.
This to be able to make a "rein strijk" (EN = ?)and do mini prep on monday..
