  1. G 2,3,1' on gel electrophorese
    • 2 and 3 look oke, 1000bp
    • 1' looks oke
    • 800bp fragment + 200bp TOPO)
  2. Innoculate 2 and 3 and grow on....
  3. TOPO from W and Z and again from A
    • Note: if A does not succes again (with the iGEM protocol) then proceed with a new PCR purification.
