  • PCR purification miniprep and nanodrop
  • start ethanol precipitatie (overnight ethanol + sodium acetate)
  • PCR of the fragements of TOPO (W and Z) was done to check if TOPO worked. Gelelectroforesis showed nothing so TOPO cloning failed again for virA.
