- In LB Medium
- Turned out that LB medium interfered the GFP result
- in M9 Medium
- Measure GFP and OD of E.coli wiht different promoters we design
- After LuxI added, conduct the measurement with AHL of different concentration added
- After LuxR added, conduct the measurement with AHL of different concentration and aTc of different concentration added
- After LacZα-ccdB added, measure the OD of E.coli
- The results of measurement provide solid evidence for assembly of our device and original data for modeling
