Waited till the afternoon in hopes that E0240 would show some colonies, alas it did not. All other plates did though.

Made 3 broth cultures each for parts K235019, 20, 21, J23070, J04630, C0012, R0051 and 6 cultures for K115017. Switched to large size test tubes, hopefully that will help.

Rehydrated and transformed E0840 (a substitute for E0240), and K115020 (a 37oC thermometer).


We are now out of Amp plates, and almost out of Amp stock. Where did we get that from in the first place?


I will be in at 8.30am tomorrow to take these broth cultures out and hopefully do minipreps and a gel. So I'll be there for a few hours if anyone wants to come by.
