- Verification of the ligation of vector contaning BBa_B0032 with BBa_C0040 via electrophoresis of digested samples of this construct
- Propagation of pKS-cro bearing bacteria to increase the amount of plasmid and preparation (by mini lysis and gel out) of cro for ligation with previously digested BBa_B0032.
