COST:

Team participation in iGEM 2009, the International Genetically Engineered Machine Competition, participation in a Teachers Workshop, and the iGEM 2009 Jamboree at MIT, associated materials and support. '''(amount NOT finalized; subject to change! --~~~~)'''

TERMS:

Payment of $1500.00 team registration fee must be received by MIT Conference Services by April 1, 2009. Payments after that date will increase $100.00.

REFUND POLICY:

In order to qualify for a refund of your team registration fees, team cancellations must be sent in writing to iGEM at-sign mit.edu prior to attendance at a Teacher's Workshop. All refunds are subject to a $70 processing fee. Refunds will be made in US dollars and processed in the manner in which they were received with the possible exception of wire payments which, at the organizers' discretion, may be refunded via check. If a refund is made via wire transfer, any bank fees will be deducted from the refund. There will be no refunds issued after April 1, 2009. iGEM is not responsible for cancellations or the inability of a team to travel due to weather, threat of terrorism, act of God and other events beyond iGEM's control.

An invoice will be available upon completion of the iGEM 2009 Team form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2009_team.

PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

After registering your team with iGEM on the team registration page here, you must complete the iGEM 2009 Team Payment form at www.regonline.com/iGEM2009_team. The following payment methods will be accepted: credit card, check, MIT account number and wire transfer. All team payments must be received on or before April 1, 2009.
