After having tonnes of problemes with our constructs we were in yhe situation of not trusting any of the constructs. We therefore decided to prform a validation PCR of the constructs utilizing the part specific primers in our possesion.
The results are shown below:

All PCR:s worked and produced products of the expected length validating the construct.
