I worked on the updater scripts for our website. I was able to get one of the two that I need to get done. The first one is for the collection of enzyme data. I was able to successfully write an updater script that is compatible with our webtool and will be able to replace existing enzyme data with new enzyme data. What is nice is that it is really fast too. The other updater script is for the collection of gene data. This will be done next week.
