If you are planning on adding an antibiotic add them after the media has cooled to around 50 degrees but be careful not to wait too long or it will solidify.  Pour the autoclaved media into new sterile plates.  Pour so that just the very bottom is covered, less is better.  Shake/Move them as little as possible to prevent media from splashing up on the sides.  Once they have hardend label each plate with the contents and date.  Example: "LB+AMP 100ug/mL 6/10/09".  Make sure to dry the plates before others use them.  To do so, leave them out at room temperature for at least . Store dry plates at 4°C room, in the large box under the sink labeled "iGEM stock Plates". Plates should be turned upside down when stored and while in use.
