Analyse du gène hfsH: on remarque que les amorces peuvent se lier à 25 endroits différents dans le génome de Caulobacter. On va digérer le génome avec un maximum de sites possible pour mieux cerner le gène hfsH (sélection des enzymes de restriction ne coupant pas hfsH) avant de faire un PCR avec les amorces « Blunt »

Purification of hfsG.

Analysis of hFSH: we notice that the primers can bind to 25 different locations in the genome of Caulobacter. We will digest the genome with a maximum of possible sites to better identify the hFSH (selection of a restriction enzymes which don't cut hFSH) before doing a PCR with "Blunt" primers.
