During the summer, Suzie helped design the SBOL-V visual graphics and language as well as worked in the wet-lab to build the Anti-Inflammation Device. Looking into the SoxR- SoxS promtoer pathway, she also worked on performing the necessary assays to test this inducible, superoxide sensor. These included testing GFP production with this system tagged to the lacl promoter. As seen in the team results section, this system was characterized on both a high and low copy vector using paraquat as the inducer. | During the summer, Suzie helped design the SBOL-V visual graphics and language as well as worked in the wet-lab to build the Anti-Inflammation Device.
