Suzie Bartram,Class of 2012, Undeclared. Her research experiences include an internship at the McLaughlin Research Institute in the lab of John R. During the summer, Suzie helped design the SBOL-V visual graphics and language as well as worked in the wet-lab to build the Anti-Inflammation Device. Looking into the SoxR- SoxS promtoer pathway, she also worked on performing the necessary assays to test this inducible, superoxide sensor. These included testing GFP production with this system tagged to the lacl promoter.
