-Miniprep #2 to obtain more biobrick DNA

-New gel with digested vs. undigested plasmids

-Started new restriction digests on plasmids (single cut with enzyme #1, single cut with enzyme #2, double cut); will run these on gel tomorrow

-Started new overnight cultures of biobrick parts and plasmids
