Donny
I switched the database over from sqlite to mysql so that it can run smoothly with Dr. Bhalerao's server. In this process, I got a chance to verify and utilize Nate's new updater scripts.
Riyad
Wrote a biobrick program that analyzes a sequence for biobrick restriction enzyme sites and then adds the associated prefix and suffix
Palak
I looked at some final features we could add to our program given the time that we have left. We are all busy with school now, it's been hard trying to find time to finish our project. I determined that creating a stochiometric matrix should be feasible. I also gathered some of our old resources and began documenting them in the resources section of our wiki.
