  9. Micropipet Tips (for all sizes listed above)
  10. Restriction Enzymes-if from Fermentas, should be FastDigest versions. If NEB, we need EcoRI-HF:

  11. T4 DNA Ligase
  12. Agarose Powder
  13. Luria Broth and/or Super Optimal Broth
