Indiana University

We have one biotechnology faculty (Ryan Lee), two cognitive science graduate students, and six undergraduate students working on this, our first iGEM project.
At the moment, our team is planning to implement a [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cellular_automata cellular automata] model of [http://www.cs.utk.edu/~mclennan/Classes/420-594-F08/NetLogo/AICA.html zebra stripe formation].
