As of today, The Tokyo-Tech iGEM team are planning two ideas.
1, Terraforming of Mars wtih E.coli
This project goals are terraforming of mars.
To do this, These 3 de novo mechanisms are required.
- 1, Against freezing stress using a Anti Freeze Protein.
- 2, Regulation of overspin and backspin of the glycolytic system.
- 3, Black body using a tyrosinase.
2, Col.ink
We try to create a new multi-wavepnegth detector within the E.coli using phycocyanobilin (PCB).
