- Transformation of chemocompetent cells (Top10) with plasmid containing bistable switch
Methods:
- Transformation of chemocompetent cells with 10μl of DNA solution - procedure destribed here
- Planting on LB-agar medium supplemented with tetacycline
Results:
Successful, many colonies that express GFP.
