E. coli growth on both TSA plates.
Under sterile conditions, innoculated 250 ml of SOB with a colony from one of the plates.
Filled a 2nd erlenmeyer with 200 ml of sterile SOB as a control.
Shake at room temperature overnight. (we may have been shaking a bit slowly and in too small of an erlenmeyer to insure proper aeration. Hence growth that should have taken 16 hours went a bit more slowly.)
