Goals

  • From Grad Meeting
    • Redo Intro and device diagrams w/ Anusuya
    • Format sidebar on wiki
    • try to find constants for modeling- affinity of NO and SoxR, rates, upper/lower parameters for concentrations


Project / Accomplishments

  • Worked out assay of NO portion of project- going to use PQ
  • Worked on the presentation w/ Anusuya
  • Began document of chemicals we need to order for assays
