Daily Work

Goals

  • finish vBOL tutorial
  • find modeling constants= NO/SoxR affinity.... PQ/SoxR affinity, stability of SoxR protein, rate of SoxR fusions
  • Figure out side menu wiki code
  • If possible.. think of names and logos?

Project / Accomplishments

  • Mini-preps in the wet-lab in the morning
  • Worked w/ Bobby on the side menu for the wiki- we got it almost completely figured out!

  • 1pm meeting w/ Cesar
    • Need to purchase omniGraffle
    • New images need to be created for promoter w/ box
    • New images for operators both inducible ad repressible and larger image can include base spacing
    • Finish tutorial once I get jPEG images
  • Going back over presentation w/ Jerome around 3:45/4
