1. Specific growth rates determined at different conc. of Lactose for ptet A (SR1) and plac K(SR4)
0.1g/l 0.5g/l 1g/l 1.5g/l 3.5g/l
2. Along with varying Lactose conc., expression was also checked at 50 and 100 micromolar IPTG conc.
2. Beta galactosidase expression determined.
